Return and Refund Policy

At Kiano Body Care, your satisfaction and safety mean everything to us. Because our products are natural body-care items that come into direct contact with your skin, we follow strict hygiene standards when it comes to returns. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken. This applies even if the product has only been opened once. Sealed, unused products are the only items eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact
• Purchased directly from KianoBodyCare
• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Any opened or used product
• Products with broken or missing safety seals
• Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased at a discount/promotion
• Gift cards

We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

1. Email us at support@kianobodycare.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Wait for our team to confirm your return is approved and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original, sealed packaging. (Please do not send anything back before receiving approval.)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error — in those cases, we cover it.
